Shipping Policy
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to dispatch orders within 3/5 business days. However, please note that during, major holidays and special events the couriers may experience delays.
PLEASE NOTE: The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.

Premium shipping option guarantees priority processing and shipping within 24 hours of the order, but the estimated delivery time remains consistent with our standard shipping policies, generally between 7 and 15 business days.

Each order is traceable via a tracking number.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will retry a second delivery the next working day, if you are also absent on the second day please contact us.
